We recently stayed at That Pretty Place and loved it. Really -- the place is more than pretty -- it’s beautiful! The property is tucked back in the trees, situated on a small lake -- serene, quiet, peaceful. The Inn is decorated with simple, clean elegance and minimalism. The hosts are awesome --available and accommodating, yet in no way intrusive. They deliver a decadent, piping-hot breakfast right to your door! Who doesn’t love breakfast in bed? Take a break -- get away -- book a night or a weekend!
The Pretty Place is a very nice place to stay. I stayed here with my husband on our Honeymoon. Pleasant Innkeepers, great food, & a flexible schedule. Word of warning, the Honeymoon Suite has the world's sqeekiest bed.
The check in was smooth. The owner is very considerate and kind. She's also a great chef for the morning breakfast - so you'll be happy with the food too! The property is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. 5 stars!!
Stayed here several times. Dave and Debbie are great hosts. They'll engage you as much or little as you desire. Debbie always has a fantastic breakfast. Middlebury is just what you want when you want to get away, and That Pretty Place is a peaceful island unto itself in a small town. Ignore the foolish political comments...those people can stay at a Roach Motel.
Me & my wife enjoyed our time here. The breakfast baskets were a treat and a very clean place inside and out. Hannah & Simon are very nice and Friendly. Thank You for all that you did to make our first visit awesome. Will definitively come back.
That Pretty Place Bed and Breakfast was was adjacent to the Pumpkinvine Trail, but still offered a good amount of privacy. The area was sparsely wooded, with a garden and a small pond near the trail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, staying here helped make the weekend wonderful.
The young couple that recently took ownership of That Pretty Place aim to please! This was a spotlessly clean, comfortable, convenient and beautiful facility. The breakfast was delicious and brought to our door (which we loved) promptly.
Great name for a great place! We loved our stay including the personal delivery of a delicious breakfast presented in a beautiful hand woven basket! The setting is beautiful and so relaxing. We will definitely be back to stay again!!
